Have you ever thought about how impossible it is in the natural order of things for Bible prophecy to come true? It is staggering to think of the probablilities for even a small number of prophecies, let alone all of the prophecies of the Bible that have come true. Below is a table from Dakes reference Bible that shows these probabilities. Look at them and then look at the Bible prophecies that have come true. It is impossible to look at this and not come away knowing that God rules above all. Even the denier knows. It is the darkness in their heart and soul that keeps them from falling before God and calling on his holy name.

Even these numbers do not take into account other things like the natural order of things that has to be overcome for these prophecies to come true. These numbers have to be compounded into the probabilities numbers to come up with a true calculation of probabilities for a prophecy to come true. These compounded probabilities on top of compouded probabilities and still the prophecies coming true would blow the mind of the most advanced computer.

     I read an article last year that told about Microsoft building a computer with thousands of processors. It will take them five years to build it and the computer only has one function. According to this article, it will take the computer with all of its processing abilities two years to figure out how to do one thing. They want to figure out how to fold protein. The way I understand it, this is the process of converting what we eat into energy. The human body does this in less than .5 seconds. I thrill at the magnificent wonders of the living God.

     If you were to look at the way the eye works, you would see that it is beyond all concept of chance for an eye to evolve. The complexity of even the simple eye of a lower animal is so immense, it is beyond reasoning to think it could possibly come about by chance.

     I watched some of these computerized imaginings of how science thought that things evolved and adapted. They told of how some evolved and adapted to better forms and that made other things go extinct. I suppose they forgot that if one thing could adapt, the predator could adapt also. They do not have a clue. The amazing thing is that all that they come up with is theory and imagined ideas. If all that we trust were only theory, we would be living in a house of cards. Evolution is like this. They have to cling to their ideas relentlessly, even though so much has arisen to prove them wrong. They are living in their house of cards and that of their own making. When I was young I heard how some unscrupulous people put banana peels under the valve covers of cars with bad valves. This would keep the car running quiet long enough for them to push it off on some unsuspecting victim. Their ideas of evolution are like this. They dress it up with window dressing and make it look appealing to the casual observer. Although it will not hold up under close scrutiny, they rely on the fact that most people do not take the time to examine closely their claims. There has been so many evolutionist claims that have been shown to be wrong in the last several years that many of their own ranks are departing from their ideas. The amazing thing is that not one thing from God’s word has been shown to be false. Many have tried and none have succeeded. Yet, people will continue trying to find another answer because if they admit that the Bible is correct, they will have no excuse for rejecting the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior. They will have to admit that they are walking in darkness. They will have no excuse for their sin although they are already without  excuse.
